Helping People Overcome Adversity, Heal, And Move Forward With Purpose.

The Will and The Way Consulting was founded to support individuals navigating adversity, stress, and recovery — particularly those in high-pressure roles where resilience is often expected but rarely supported.

Led by Nick Ricciotti, Licensed Associate Counselor and Behavioral Change Specialist, the practice blends evidence-based therapy with lived experience to create a space that is grounded, compassionate, and focused on real and sustainable change.

Meet The Founder

The Will and The Way Consulting was founded by Nick Ricciotti to support individuals navigating adversity, stress, and recovery — particularly those in high-pressure roles where resilience is expected, but support is often limited.

Nick is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and Behavioral Change Specialist with a Master’s Degree from Rutgers University. With experience in demanding environments, he understands firsthand how chronic stress, anxiety, trauma, burnout, and substance use can impact mental health and overall well-being.

In his therapeutic work, Nick offers a compassionate, judgment-free space grounded in evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and person-centered care. Sessions are collaborative, practical, and focused on sustainable change.

Beyond therapy and coaching, Nick also provides motivational speaking engagements focused on recovery, resilience, and overcoming adversity. Through honest storytelling and actionable insight, he aims to inspire individuals, teams, and organizations to break through limitations and realize their potential.

Whether working one-on-one or speaking to a room, his guiding belief remains the same: with the will, there is always a way.
